BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (BSHM)

VISION

To be significant educational institutions actively and continually involved in producing graduates who have the knowledge and skills in addressing the problem of criminality in the country and the competence to meet the challenge of globalization in the field of criminology.


MISSION

To provide the community with professionally competent and morally upright graduates who can deliver efficient and effective services in crime prevention, crime detection and investigation, law enforcement and custody and rehabilitation of offenders among others.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)

  1. Provide quality education in order to produce globally-competitive professionals in Hospitality Management.
  2. To hone students skills and competencies in their chosen field in Hospitality industry.
  3. Enable students with entrepreneurial mindset that contribute a significant role in management.
  4. To provide professionalism and assist students in the realization of their chosen field in Hospitality.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES (PO)

On successful completion of the program, graduates are able to:


  1. Develop student’s knowledge skills and attitude to become better front liners
  2. Enhance students’ skills in research.
  3. Develop student’s managerial and operational skills.
  4. Undertake mandatory Assessment conducted by TESDA in order to have National Certificate level 2 serves as a license to work in an industry.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The hospitality education will equip students with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary), food and beverage service and other emerging sectors of hospitality industry.
