MASTER IN MANAGEMENT (MM)

VISION

The Bicol College Graduate School shall produce graduates who are academically oriented and technically trained with the ability to create, critically think, and act positively to contribute to the full development of the family, community, and the larger society.


MISSION

To produce graduates imbued with relevant, responsive, ethical, and moral standing, competent and well-rounded individuals in education and management.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)

Program under the Masters’ Level are designed to:

  1. Provide the students with advanced academic and / professional knowledge, skills and competencies, leading to a Second degree higher than the bachelor’s degree.
  2. Contain a substantial research component
  3. Theoretically-based , and includes practical components
  4. Informed state-of-the-art research and/or best professional practice.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES (PO)

By the level of outcome or competency, Master’s programs are aligned with level 7 of the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF). PQF Level 7 descriptors demand the following from graduates of Master in Management major in Business Administration (with Thesis) program:

  1. Advanced knowledge and skills in a specialized, interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary field of study for professional practice;
  2. Self-directed research;
  3. Lifelong learning with a highly substantial degree of independence that involves individual work or teams of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary experts; and
  4. Application of the above-mentioned skills in research, professional; or creative work.
