BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BSBA)

VISION

To develop and produce world-class graduates in the field of business who are imbued with social responsibilities, knowledge, skills attitudes and values that would allow them to compete successfully in the global environment.


MISSION

To produce graduates who are imbued relevant, responsive, ethical, morally up right, competent and who are well-rounded managers in the business industry.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)

  1. To develop among the students a keen sense of business purpose and dedication to enable them to contribute significantly to the material well-being and a meaningful and a purposeful life for the Filipino.
  2. Provide quality business education in order to produce globally-competitive graduates.
  3. To develop a strong foundation in the sound basic of business in order to make them socially responsible, guided by a deep sense of business ethics and morality.
  4. Strengthen the students’ theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities in their chosen field of specialization: management, economics, finance, marketing or banking.
  5. To develop their entrepreneurial techniques ad skills and the ability to generate jobs and employment.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Admission to CBED programs for non-ABM graduates in the Senior High School Students are required to take 5 business courses specified in the curriculum.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION major in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The financial management program prepares the graduates for various careers in financial management as well as in related fields, including but not limited to, corporate finance, investment management, banking credit, trust operations, insurance, foreign currency markets, money markets, capital markets and other with knowledge on financial institutions and technical skills based on established financial theories, methodologies and various analytical tools. It also promotes an outlook that is based primarily on ethics, market integrity, regulations, good governance and competitive global perspective, necessary for effective financial decision making.
