Bicol College School of Law Honors 2025 New Lawyers at “Pagmawot” Testimonial Dinner

The Bicol College School of Law (BCSL) community gathered at the Proxy Oriental Hotel for its “Pagmawot” Testimonial Dinner, honoring the institution’s newest lawyers for their successful admission to the Philippine Bar.

Organized by the BCSL Student Council, the event recognized the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of the Bar passers while celebrating the aspirations of the legal community in Legazpi City.

The program opened with a welcome from Executive Vice President Dr. Pedro T. Marcellana III, followed by an inspirational message from Atty. Armi Ballaran-Rabelas, who highlighted the ethical responsibilities and noble calling of the legal profession.

Judge Carlos Bona led the induction of incoming student council officers, while a toast by Atty. Ballaran-Rabelas and musical performances by Ms. Kaye Villegas and Mr. Ernest James Blanza added to the celebration.

Special awards were presented to Judge Carlos Bona, Labor Arbiter Jesus Orlando Quiñones, and Ms. Magella Mapa for their years of dedicated service to the Bicol College School of Law.

Dean Atty. Ian Ll. Macasinag delivered the closing message of gratitude, followed by Assistant Dean Atty. Noel Allen Bose with words of encouragement. Hosted by Dennise Jean S. Taperla, the event concluded as a meaningful celebration of excellence and unity.
